Exchanges & Returns
Corsets:
You will be eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit from our “standard” corsets and apparel only if the product arrives back to us within the 7 days from the order was originally delivered.
Apparel:
Exchanges & Returns will be allowed on select items within 7 days from when the order was orginally delivered however “intimate” items
i.e. kink toys, bra tops, lingerie, etc... are “Final Sale”
Final Sale:
Items that are described as “Final Sale” are our intimate items &/or custom pieces
Custom Corsets:
When ordering a custom jeweled or fitted corset we thoroughly ask a range of questions to “fit for you”. These questions will consist of:
- Your exact measurements
- Color for base material
- Color for crystals(White, Rose Gold, Black)
- Color as far as lacing or ribbon for corset
Corsets are handmade & crystals are hand stitched to the first layering of the mended fabrics of your corset…. this corset is made for you & only you. Unfortunately due to the extent of the custom work that goes into making this one of a kind piece this item is final sale.
